About us

Our story

Many of the defence companies that mattered most this past decade were started by people who had never worked in defence. They came from consumer tech and games, and they brought an instinct the industry did not have: understanding what a technology does will not make anyone believe it matters. The product was only half the job. The other half was making people believe in it. We spent our careers learning that same craft. They built the companies. We build how those companies are understood.

We come from the sharpest end of it: games and esports. No one there is owed an audience. It disappears the moment the work feels false, and it cannot be bought back. But the same audience that punishes the fake rewards the real without limit. That taught us how to build a world around a product so it stops needing to explain itself, and how to make a moment land instead of pass.

Defence has its own audiences who decide what gets built and backed. The operators who will use the technology. The engineers a company needs to hire. The investors behind the round. The procurement teams and institutions whose trust shapes everything downstream. Increasingly, they come from the culture we know best, and we know how to reach them.
